Do you offer free US shipping?
Yes. Free shipping in the United States is included in the $29.95 price. International shipping is not published. United States only.
How long after I add a photo or a line does the cover ship?
Each cover is made to order. We have not published production-day or transit-day counts, so we do not quote a ship-by clock.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No published rates. Free shipping applies in the United States. Until this page lists international rates, do not assume we ship worldwide.
Can I get this in time for Christmas / Mother’s Day / Father’s Day?
We cannot calculate a holiday cutoff without published production and transit days. Order earlier than you would for a stock gift. We will not promise a holiday arrival.
If the print is wrong, do you reprint?
If we print it wrong, we reprint. That means our print defect, not a screenshot, a low-res file, or color vs screen. Email gifts@dinkcozy.com within 30 days with photos of the item and the label. Camera roll, not a screenshot.
Can I return a personalized cover?
Change-of-mind returns are unpublished. Print defects: see reprint above.
Is gift messaging available?
Gift wrap, gift box, and gift notes are not published. The photo or the line on both sides of the cover is the personalization we sell.
Can a club order several of the same photo?

Does the package look like a gift or like a warehouse poly mailer?
