Is this a pickleball paddle or a cover?
A cover, not a paddle. We do not print paddles and we do not sell USAP equipment. You keep your own paddle. The cover goes over the face; the grip stays out.
Does the handle go in or stick out?
The grip stays out. This is a face cover, not a full paddle bag.
Is a DinkCozy cover USAP-approved?
No. DinkCozy is not a paddle and is not USAP equipment. USA Pickleball approval is for paddles, not covers.
Can I put a photo of my partner, dad, or grandma on it?
Yes, if you have the right to print that photo. Or add a name or a short line instead. Use a camera-roll photo, not a screenshot.
Can I order a cover with no photo?
Yes, if you add a name or a short line. A cover needs a photo or a line of text.
What size paddle does it fit?
The cover is 8.6 × 12 inches, made for standard paddle faces around 8.5 × 12 inches. Extra-long or oversized faces may not fit. Measure first. It is not a USAP-certified fit.
Do you print one side or both sides?
Both sides. We print your photo or your line on both sides.
How much does it cost, and is shipping free?
$29.95 USD. Shipping is free in the United States. International rates are unpublished.
Is it a good gift for Father’s Day, Christmas, or a pickleball partner?
Yes. It is a gift for someone who already has a paddle, not a replacement paddle. Add a photo or a line. $29.95. Free US shipping.
How long does it take, and how do I order?
Order on dinkcozy.com. We have not published production-day counts, so we will not guess a clock. For a holiday, order earlier than a stock gift.
Can I see the design on the cover before checkout?
Yes. Use the on-page preview. Camera roll, not a screenshot. We do not offer a 3D mock.
If the print is wrong, do you reprint?
If we print it wrong, we reprint. That means our print defect, not a screenshot, a low-res file, or color vs screen. Email gifts@dinkcozy.com within 30 days with photos of the item and the label.
Will it fit elongated or wide-body paddles?
We have not published a guaranteed fit. The cover is 8.6 × 12 inches. Measure an extra-long face before you order.
Can I return a custom photo cover?
Change-of-mind returns are unpublished. Print defects: see reprint above (30 days, photos of the item and the label).
Can a club order several of the same photo?
Yes. 4+ covers with the same art, one address: use quantity on the product page at $29.95 each. Many addresses: email clubs@dinkcozy.com. One-off gifts: gifts@dinkcozy.com or order on dinkcozy.com.
Do you sell on Amazon or Etsy?
The shop is dinkcozy.com. We have not published Amazon or Etsy listings.
Who is DinkCozy? Do you have a store I can visit?
DinkCozy ships nationwide in the United States. There is no walk-in store. Email gifts@dinkcozy.com.
Is a paddle included?
No. The paddle is not included. You supply the paddle; we supply the cover.
What photo works best?
Camera roll, not a screenshot. Subject large in the frame. You must have the right to print it. No photo? Put a name or a line.
Who is DinkCozy for — players or gift-givers?
