No. The paddle is not included. DinkCozy is a cover only: a padded neoprene sleeve that slips over the pickleball paddle the recipient already owns. It's a gift for someone who already plays, not a way to get them a paddle.

The supplier-listed cover size is 8.6 × 12 inches, not verified usable interior dimensions or a maximum paddle size. The handle stays out. Fit depends on paddle shape and thickness too. If you are unsure, email gifts@dinkcozy.com with the paddle model and measurements before ordering.

Yes. Each side takes a photo, text, or both. The front and back are independent, so a common combo is a photo on the front and a name or nickname on the back.

No. Choose a design with names or words, use a photo of a person, pet or favorite moment, or create artwork from an idea. A photo is only needed for a design you want to personalize with one.

Use the save option before leaving and keep the private link or account confirmation it provides. Automatic browser drafts are different: they can be lost if browser data is cleared and are not available on another device.

No, and it doesn't need to be. A cover isn't equipment used during play, it's how the paddle is carried and stored between games. Nothing about DinkCozy is represented as tournament equipment.

Every cover is made to order after you design it. Nothing is pre-printed and sitting in a warehouse. Production plus US shipping typically runs 7–8 business days. If you're ordering for a specific date, build in that buffer.

Your preview shows the design you approve. Screen colors, lighting and the printed neoprene can look different, so check both sides and all names before ordering. If what arrives is meaningfully different from what you approved, email care@dinkcozy.com with your order number and a photo; we'll make it right.

Yes. Start with a shared design and choose identical copies or different details for each person. Choose which text and photo fields vary, add everyone’s details to the roster, then review each cover before checkout. For help with a team order, email clubs@dinkcozy.com.

The cover body is padded neoprene with a stitched binding, a zip closure, and a plastic hook for hanging. Wipe it down with a damp cloth. It isn't machine washable, and print quality lasts longer if it isn't soaked or scrubbed.

Yes, and it is the safe one: they already own the paddle they like, so a new paddle is a gamble, while a cover printed with their photo or their name goes over that paddle and gets used every game. On the home page, tap Add a photo on the front or the back and choose a photo. The cover is drawn with it at once. Add a second photo, a name or a line to the other side, check both sides in the review, then add it to your cart. Nothing is made until you approve it.

The front is the side you design first, shown on the left of the two covers; the back is the other side. Both are printed the same way, edge to edge, so the choice is yours: most people put the photo on the front and the name or line on the back, and the review shows both before you order.

Yes. The cover protects the face of the paddle, the part that chips and scuffs, and closes with a zipper around it; the handle stays out, so the paddle hangs by the cover's hook or slides into a bag with the grip free. Nothing about it changes how the paddle plays.

Yes. Edit it in Photoshop, Canva, your phone's photo app, whatever you like, then use "Choose from photos" in the designer like any other photo. Export at the largest size available rather than a "web" or "small" size: an original, high-resolution photo gives a better starting point, but a photo re-exported small from an editing app can look soft once it's enlarged on the cover. Use JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 15MB. You can still resize, move, and mask it once it's in the designer, so it doesn't need to be pre-cropped to an exact shape.
