Is this a hard case or a soft cover?
Soft: a padded neoprene sleeve with a zip closure, not a rigid shell. It protects the paddle face between games and in a bag; it isn't meant to survive being sat on or thrown.
Do I see my design before it's made?
Yes. The designer previews your photo, text, and layout on both sides before you approve it. Colors can vary between your screen and the printed fabric, so check both sides before you confirm. Nothing goes to production until you approve it.
Is checkout secure?
Checkout is handled entirely by Shopify's own hosted payment page, not a custom form on this site. It is the same payment processing used by a large share of online stores.
What if my order arrives misprinted or damaged?
Email care@dinkcozy.com with your order number and a photo within 30 days. If it's defective, damaged, or wrong, you get a free replacement or a full refund.
