Terms of service

Last updated September 2026. Plain-English summary first, full terms below.

In short: you design a custom paddle cover, we print and ship it made-to-order, you own what you upload and promise you have the right to use it, and custom items are final sale except for defects or misprints (see the refund policy). The full terms below are the ones that actually govern your order.

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between you and DinkCozy ([Your Business Legal Name, e.g. "DinkCozy LLC"]), referred to as “DinkCozy,” “we,” or “us.” By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

DinkCozy operates a design tool for creating a custom neoprene cover for a pickleball paddle the customer already owns, and arranges made-to-order manufacturing and shipping through a print-on-demand production partner. DinkCozy does not sell paddles or other pickleball equipment, and the cover is not tournament-sanctioned equipment.

3. Your account and orders

No account or login is required to design or order a cover. Checkout is processed securely through our e-commerce platform; DinkCozy does not directly store your full payment card details.

4. Content you upload

When you upload a photo or type text into the designer, you confirm that you own it or otherwise have the legal right to use and reproduce it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's copyright, trademark, or likeness rights. You're solely responsible for the content you submit. We reserve the right to refuse to print any design that appears to infringe someone else's rights, contains unlawful content, or otherwise violates these terms, and to cancel and refund the related order if production hasn't started yet.

If you submit a design to the public community gallery, you're granting DinkCozy a non-exclusive license to display it on the site for that purpose; you can ask us to remove it at any time by emailing gifts@dinkcozy.com.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in USD at checkout and include the cover; shipping cost (currently free within the US) is shown before you pay. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before an order ships.

6. Production, shipping, and returns

See the shipping policy and refund policy — both are part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The DinkCozy name, logo, and the site's own designs, templates, and software are owned by DinkCozy and may not be copied or reused without permission. This doesn't apply to the photo/text content you personally upload, which stays yours (see Section 4).

8. Limitation of liability

DinkCozy's total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (for example, a gift arriving after an event date). Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes; the “last updated” date above will reflect that. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Province, Country], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
